This service includes the following activities, among others:

* Advice for the configuration of the order status options, adapted to the procedures and the real needs of the workflow.
* Training oriented to the administration and operation of ecommerce in general.
* Documentation through the writing of User Manuals with each of the steps necessary to carry out procedures that require frequent or future consultation.
